You will have a positive attitude and be customer service focused. The position requires a candidate who will be able to multitask, take a high number of calls, deal with customers in person, and to be methodical and organized. REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to listen, follow instructions and be flexible in a fast paced environment.
•An ability to handle high volume of calls, and deal with them appropriately.
•Taking payments, cancellations, confirmations and setting up studios for rehearsals.
•An ability to work well under pressure.
•Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
•Friendly positive person, with a can-do attitude.
Saxophone Store Salesperson
Roberto’s Winds is seeking a saxophone store salesperson. Duties include selling musical instruments and supplies, answering phone calls and emails, taking inventory, using QuickBooks, and providing excellent customer service.
Extensive knowledge of our product line will be necessary in order to assist our customers. Our customers range from complete beginners to seasoned professionals, so it is important to understand the exact needs of the customer in order to make proper equipment recommendations. The salesperson can offer special orders for out of stock items, and may also call local schools to inquire about their instrument needs.
Candidates with music retail experience preferred. Knowledge of QuickBooks is also a plus.
