As a Receptionist/Studio Assistant, you must have a positive attitude and be customer service focused. The position requires a candidate who will be able to multitask, take a high number of calls, deal with customers in person, set up studio equipment, and to be methodical and organized.
Ability to listen, follow instructions and be flexible in a fast paced environment.
An ability to handle high volume of calls, and deal with them appropriately.
Taking payments, cancellations, confirmations and setting up studios for rehearsals.
An ability to work well under pressure.
Friendly positive person, with a can-do attitude.
Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
Knowledge about music and music equipment (microphones, amplifiers, PA systems, etc.) a plus.
