Orders may be placed by phone, fax or from our on-line store. Orders of in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours after receiving order. Orders must be received by 3pm EST to go out the same day. All New York residents will be charged 8.875% sales tax.

We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If requested, we can ship an order via C.O.D.; however, there is an additional $10.00 charge for this service. Only cash, a cashier's check or money order will be accepted for C.O.D. shipments.

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (regular service) or United States Postal Service when necessary. UPS regular ground or USPS service normally requires 2 - 5 business days for delivery depending on your geographical location. Need your order in a hurry? You can also request guaranteed 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air service at an additional charge. Orders over $100 are subject to extra insurance fees. When you are ready to check out, choose a shipping method that best suits your situation.
International orders must choose the international shipping method. International orders are shipped by air, though the specific type of service varies by country and depends on the amount of available insurance coverage. We will always compare various methods of shipping to keep the cost as low as possible. If your payment does not include sufficient shipping costs, we will bill the additional amount to your credit card. Customs, taxes and/or duties vary from country to country and will always be paid by the recipient of the order.

You can purchase items from Roberto's Winds with confidence because every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If unsure of sizing please contact us and one of our salesmen will be happy to assist you. All sales are final; however exchanges or store credit can be processed on a case by case basis within 15 days of purchase. Customer must contact the store before an exchange can be processed. The product must be in original condition and possess ALL original packaging. Exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please note that open boxes of reeds, mouthpieces and special custom items can not be exchanged.
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed. All orders are packaged according to the standards of the appropriate carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory that may have been damaged during transit must be reported to Roberto's Winds immediately.
Please retain the carton, packaging, and damaged contents if requested for UPS inspection. UPS will make arrangements to inspect and return the merchandise to us. All claims must be filed within 5 days after the receipt of order. Please follow the above instructions, as they are for your protection.
