On occasion Roberto’s Winds Inc. offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers will receive free shipping. These promotions may change periodically.

Robert’s Winds Inc ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic shipments and DHL for international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges vary based on size and weight of package.

The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-4 days, and 3-5 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages that are deemed as undeliverable by USPS and/or DHL will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
