1973 Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone Ser # 211,XXX

We have always been big fans of the late VIs here at the shop  because each time we come across a good one like this we simply cannot stop playing it!  

It feels as comfortable to play as if you were wearing sweat pants. 

Action is fast, tight and extremely reliable. 

The sound is very centered, focused with solid intonation and a versatile sound: it is neither dark nor bright, it’s that happy medium that allows you to shape your sound like a painter would from a blank white canvas. 

USA assembled, this saxophone is a player’s horn. Its appearance shows normal signs of wear due to long term use, but we can guarantee that  you will immediately fall in love with this one once you start blowing through it!
